The project included full structural concrete and framing, installation of insulated wall and roof systems, and comprehensive thermal and moisture protection features. The team furnished and installed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including gas and water service connections, HVAC ductwork, and roof-mounted units.

Site work encompassed foundation excavation, backfill, and coordination of all trades to ensure a seamless build. CME provided supervision, layout, safety oversight, and continuous cleanup throughout the project, delivering a high-quality, efficient facility for Sonic’s fast-paced operations.
