Northcrest Elementary School
45,000 square feet
The renovation project included the replacement of exterior wall panels, brick repairs and maintenance, installation of new glazing systems, reworking of unit ventilators and casework, and updates to all interior finishes. CME collaborated with FWCS personnel and vendors to ensure the renovation was phased appropriately, allowing for school cleaning, floor maintenance, open houses, and other activities, while coordinating with the ongoing school schedule.
CME implemented secure sequencing to maintain productivity and ensure the building was secure at the end of each workday. They also provided a coordinated temporary partition plan to keep construction areas separated from the rest of the school. The project was completed on time and within budget. An 11-month walkthrough revealed minimal issues, indicating the work was completed to a high standard.
