Miami Middle School Office & Vestibule
We assembled a cohesive and efficient design-build team to oversee the renovation of the Secure Entry Vestibule and office spaces. The project involved relocating existing office areas to create a comprehensive facility. This included a reception area with two modular workstations for the receptionist and registrar, and a seating area to accommodate visitors. A dedicated conference room was furnished with a table and seating for up to eight people.
The renovation also provided eight to ten private offices for the Principal, Assistant Principal, Treasurer, Guidance Counselors, and other administrative staff. A Student Services Lobby featured modular workstations for 4-6 students. Additionally, essential facilities such as a staff workroom with storage and space for two copiers, an ADA-accessible staff restroom, and a health clinic with a nurse workstation, storage, a refrigerator area, and space for at least four cots (including an ADA-accessible restroom) were included. Lastly, a small room was designated for In-School Suspension within the new office setup.
