Lane Middle School

A comprehensive school renovation was carried out in phases, encompassing the kitchen, cafeteria, classrooms, front vestibules and offices, gymnasium, library, and corridors. Each phase was completed on schedule, even during a subcontractor's union strike. The project demanded regular, overtime, and off-shift work schedules, and work was conducted year-round in areas adjacent to students and staff to meet project requirements. This achievement was made possible through detailed planning, effective communication, and strong teamwork with the owner and contractors.
