Interior Renovation
111,000 SF
CME Construction completed a comprehensive 111,000-square-foot interior renovation of Garrett Keyser Butler High School in partnership with MartinRiley Architects | Engineers. The project modernized academic classrooms, science labs, library media centers, administrative areas, locker rooms, and fine arts spaces to enhance both functionality and student experience.
Renovations included upgraded finishes, improved lighting, technology integration, and reconfigured learning environments to support flexible instruction. The transformation also extended to the auditorium, athletic facilities, and common areas, creating refreshed, durable, and student-centered spaces throughout the school.
Delivered in an active educational setting, the project required detailed phasing and coordination to minimize disruption while providing a revitalized facility designed to serve the district for years to come.
