CME Construction partnered with a multidisciplinary team of design and engineering professionals to deliver a state-of-the-art dairy processing facility designed to support large-scale fluid milk and cultured dairy production. Building upon the initial basis of design, the team refined and enhanced the facility to create an efficient, high-performance food processing operation focused on long-term operational success.
The facility was designed to support regional dairy distribution and is capable of producing approximately 30 million gallons of fluid milk and other beverages annually. In addition to fluid milk production, the plant accommodates the manufacturing of a variety of fluid milk and cultured dairy products, including organic milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, and Greek yogurt.
The project also included an 81,000-square-foot refrigerated cooler and a wastewater treatment facility, providing the infrastructure necessary to support efficient operations, food safety, environmental responsibility, and future growth.
