Project Summit is a $100+ million-dollar multiyear, 250,000-square-foot new expansion, and 50,000-square-foot renovation project for Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream that operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week. CME provided initial, progress, and final budgeting. Developed and put together a team that could meet the high standards/requirements of the client.
