CME Construction completed an innovative 84,000-square-foot reconfiguration and expansion of an existing multi-temperature dairy warehouse, creating a modern facility designed to support efficient food storage, distribution, and long-term operational growth. The project incorporated environmentally friendly ammonia refrigeration systems and thermally efficient construction to enhance energy performance while meeting the rigorous demands of the food processing industry.
Through detailed planning, collaboration, and phased construction, the team successfully delivered the project within an active operating facility. The expanded warehouse reached sellable product production just 11 months after construction began, allowing the owner to accelerate operations and maximize production capacity.
