Chipotle

CME Corporation provided design-build services to renovate the former Bob Evans space at Jefferson Pointe. The project included interior demolition and white-box preparation, a refreshed exterior with new storefront entrances, and construction of a drive-through pickup window.

Site improvements included updated sidewalks, parking, and drive-through pavement. CME also coordinated the structural, plumbing, and electrical work needed to prepare the space for its next use.
