Bendix Office

Renovation of a two-story office space at the Bendix Distribution Center, involving extensive demolition of outdated interiors and a full redesign. The project included new wall layouts, structural modifications, updated finishes, and installation of modern mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Enhancements such as new LED lighting, HVAC units, acoustical ceilings, and durable flooring were incorporated to improve functionality, efficiency, and overall workplace experience.
