A multi-use facility consisting of a 26,000 SF office space and a 44,000 SF maintenance shop for the owners' service vehicles and line trucks. The building incorporates natural lighting with Prismax skylights, insulated metal panels along with an Elaminator 300 Insulation System and a highly reflective roof color to maximize energy efficiency.
