Hardhell Airport Spec Building began as a 52,000 square-foot design-build speculative commercial project. However, following its acquisition by Lunar Distributors, the building has been redefined and repurposed into a dedicated warehouse facility for the storage and distribution of DC comic books.
The facility features a sleek, state-of-the-art design that stands out prominently off of Ardmore Avenue. With four loading docks and more than 26,000 square feet of racking, it is ideally equipped to serve as a high-capacity, efficient distribution center.
